Bug fixes and stability improvements

As Matrix starts moving towards the Matrix 2.0 spec, some homeservers won't be fully supported by this app. This release starts to add some guidance when one of these servers is selected, helping you to get set up on Element X instead.

This version fixes a crash when restoring your keys, a bug encountered when resetting cross-signing and makes sure that group calls ring as expected when the labs flag has been enabled.

This new version will recognise Matrix RTC calls as unsupported.

A new release of El-iOS containing some performance and stability improvements is finally live!

Element 1.11.17 is a maintenance update and includes the following changes:

• Fixes a bug where the permissions to start live location sharing were being determined incorrectly.
• To assist us on our quest to fix decryption errors, we’ve updated the app logs to use a consistent timezone.

Version 1.11.14 is a small update that ensures Element will honour any message retention policy specified within a room.
