Bug fixes and improvements

• The new Home screen lets you do everything in one place. You can view your accounts and balances, submit and approve expenses, and upload receipts. The Home screen is               your new default screen.
• The Accounts screens have new layouts and a new look.

Available balances for cards are updated in real time. Previously they were updated daily.

The Approvals screen is now easier to use. Expenses are ordered by date rather than by name and you can now filter by employee name.

Expense and request approval screens have a new look and feel. Approvers can quickly approve all approval rules with one tap. New filter buttons allow approvers to easily show either expense or request approvals.

In this update we have resolved a compatibility issue with some MDM software on newer devices running iOS 14.2 where the app would not launch.
