Two major changes were made to the app to provide functionality more in line with what is offered on the web: 1. Users can now unassign a work order by selecting the Unassigned option in the name drop-down. 2. Users can also edit the location and problem of a work order. Al Translations in the Facilities App New Al translation functionality has been added to the Facilities App to translate text that has been entered into the Facilities App from English to Spanish and from Spanish to English. This is especially useful in cases where the resident has entered a description of an issue in English, but the maintenance technician has the language in the app set to Spanish. In this case, the text entered by the resident will be translated into Spanish for the maintenance tech. Facilities App >> More >> Settings >> Language Settings >> Al Assisted Translation Other things to note: • Must allow the app to track across other apps for this feature to work. Make Ready Tab in the Facilities App Make Readies now have a separate tab from Work Orders in the Facilities App. Users can now easily locate and manage Make Ready tasks independently from other work orders.

Fixed: We fixed an issue where attaching an image to a work order in offline mode would cause the app to crash.

New/Updated: When adding/uploading an image in work orders or inspections, there will now be a thumbnail and a loading indicator for each image. Updated the frequency of app feedback being requested, as this occurred too often. Offline logic to handle a network error so the data is not lost or corrupted. Fixed: An Issue where images were being duplicated on inspections causing serious delays to inspections. An issue where a SAML user would face difficulty logging in. An issue where the start/stop text for the labor tracking was not updating correctly. Multiple scenarios where users were facing crashes. Multiple behaviors to allow a smoother in-app experience.
