Several articles updated to be in line with new guidelines.

- Urgent fix for an issue that caused the history and examination sections to disappear from all articles.

- Added deep linking. When on your device and clicking on an article in the Explain Medicine website, your mobile app will start with the same opened up.
- Added new conditions. We added here articles that were recently added/updated in the Explain Medicine web version.
- Fixed several crash instances which were being reported to us.
- Added a new Explain Medicine icon (tell us what you think).
- Made several minor UI updates to make the app easier to use.
