Various user iunterface enhancements and minor bug fixes

Various bug fixes and enhancements:
Discards no longer used in tie breaking
AMYA start tapes added to race screen. Suggest using bluetooth speaker. Race timer starts after start tape ends
Regatta cloning now includes penalty and throwout settings
Results page no longer shows blank fleet column for single fleet regattas
Text share option added for scoresheet which is useable in excel or google sheets

Removed blank fleet column from OneFleet regatta scoring
Added TXT share option for scoresheet in addition to PDF

Improved help implementation.
