Fixed a bug that could prevent the GPS location from being updated when the iPhone is stationary in one position for a long time. Updates should occur at least every 5 minutes in these cases now.

Added support for multitasking for devices that support this functionality (currently iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, 3rd gen. iPods).
Family Tracker can now update the GPS location without the need to "ping" the device, as the app will always run in the background. Even if the iPhone is rebooted, Family Tracker will automatically startup without the use intervention.
