Flashcard Hero gets a new app icon.

New:
• You can now drag a PDF document onto a card to insert it as image. For multi-page PDFs, the first page is used (to insert a specific page, see below).

Improved:
• Dragging in an individual PDF page from Preview is now working again.
• Solved a potential crash after quickly opening and closing a deck with many images.

Stability improvements: Fixed a rare condition that could cause a crash after opening a deck.

This is mainly a compatibility and stability update with lots of changes behind the scenes. The minimum required macOS version now is macOS 11.0, because some internal changes were not backwards compatible.

In addition, this updates comes with:

• Native support for Apple Silicon
• A bit of a UI refresh
• The issue with the stray separator line that would sometimes appear after hiding the right sidebar has been fixed.

While not a lot of visible changes, this update has been a lot of work and a lot of the internals have changed. With that work completed, the way is now clear for new feature updates.

NEW: Full support for the Spaced Repetition learning technique and the Leitner system
• The app now shows which cards are due each day so you know exactly what to study
• The number of days between reviews increases each time you correctly recall a card
• You can adjust the Spaced Repetition intervals to your needs for each deck individually (via the Study menu)

IMPROVED:
• The difficulty level “somewhat difficult” now distinguishes between cards memorized today and those due for a second review tomorrow
