Quick update to keep things fresh for iOS 11!

Fall is here and winter is around the corner!  Updated backgrounds for fall and winter and some minor under the hood stuff to keep things snappy for you!

Our most requested feature was the ability to check the NWS Forecast at another location...ask and you shall receive!

Now by tapping on the location icon on the left, you'll be able to type in the zip code or city name of any city in the United States and see the official National Weather Service Forecast for that area.  When you want to see the weather again near you, just tap to use your current location again.

Oh and by the way, FlipCast is also now available on the Apple TV as National Weather Forecast, check it out!

Tiny fixes to assure maximum awesomeness!

Specifically: getting your location can be a little quirky especially on older iPads, so we tweaked the app so that you can continually tap "try again" until your location is obtained so that we can deliver your forecast.
