NEW: • Workouts & Burned calories Apple Health "Basic Sync" mode now pulls your Steps and Workouts from the Health app and shows it in your Foodllama feed. Apple Health "Advanced Sync" mode does even more than that. Burned calories from each of your activity will be subtracted from the calories you consumed that day. This is the most accurate mode for goal tracking if you constantly wear an Apple Watch or log all of your workouts with the Apple Health app. • Foodllama home screen header redesign Calories & Macros now have individual progress bars, plus Protein/Carbs/Fat bars have markers on them, so it's easier to see where you're at comparing to where you need to be.
