Form Builder Pro now integrates with Contactually.  Setup the Contactually action to have responses sent directly to Contactually when someone fills out your form.

The camera preview now displays directly in the photo page which makes filling out forms with photos and faster and more intuitive

Keyboard Support:
This version adds smart keyboard and bluetooth keyboard support for filling out forms.  Navigate between pages and automatically go to the next text field on text questions without tapping the screen.
