With every release, we aspire to make your daily HR tasks seamless on the app. In this version, you can now see more candidate stages added to help you manage your candidates better. By appropriately categorizing your candidates in various stages, you can now navigate through your hiring process smoothly. Update the app and give it a try!

We’ve made some under the hood bug fixes and improved our performance!

With this release you can now calculate your leave balance for a future date, check your balance statement and view the time off policy in detail

“What’s in a name, anyway?“, said Shakespeare, perhaps because he did not have any co-workers! Pronounce a colleague’s name wrong and you may find yourselves embarrassed till eternity. Well, that’s not going to happen anymore! Freshteam now allows your employees to add a short name pronunciation audio clip to their profile. Do give it a shot!

With this release we have enhanced your experience while applying for time-off. While planning your time-off, you'll have more flexibility to plan for half day. You can now apply for time off in hours, if your company supports an hourly time-off policy. Doesn't that give you some room to apply for a partial day off.

Well, we have improved the entire time-off user experience. With enhanced time-off workflows we have made it intuitive & convenient for employees to apply for time off, view their balances, time off history and holiday calendar for better planning. & Yes, don’t forget to notify the team and your Manager before going for that vacay.

1. Employee Self Service just got a massive upgrade. Employees can now edit their own profiles from their Freshteam Mobile app, isn’t that cool? Making life simpler indeed.
2. As always, we have made the performance of the app more robust and stable to ensure you have the best experience with Freshteam.

We have shipped out a lot of exciting features that are gonna make your app experience significantly better, and it is been the biggest release in the last 6 months from us :)

• Smart filter views:  Last viewed Candidates and job filters will be remembered so that the app directly loads the list in your favourite views
• Cleaner competency list: Only competencies that are marked as focus areas are shown while viewing the feedback of a candidate
• You can now set out-of-office availability in the synced calendar directly from the app while requesting time-off
• Added support for unlimited balance and unpaid time-off types  in time-off module
• Managers now can view the time-off details of their reports  at the employee 360 detail view.
• Employees and HR partners can view the files section in employee 360 detail view
• Added support for new field types in the employee directory
