• Added support for a "Completed" Page.  When a customer is completed, an icon will appear under the Waitlist that allows users to toggle between the Waitlist and a Completed list.  Each entry will have a button to "Re-add" a customer back to the waitlist, if there was an error in adding a user and the "undo" button has timed out.
