Minor bugfixes and optimizations.

- Adds compatibility with CME Widi Bud Pro (MIDI over Bluetooth) (Requires firmware 1.47 or greater)
  - Improved downloading presets from the Cloud
  - All on/off toggle switches now also respond to a single tap
  - Partial support for screen readers

New in version 1.1.0:
- Added free CLOUD service to share Presets with other users. The service does not require any registration and does not collect any personal information, you just choose a User Name the first time you upload a Preset; the User Name is automatically linked to your Gemini's unique ID;
- Improved slider touch response: sliders now respond to acceleration, move them slowly for precise value changes, quickly for quick value jumps;
- Double-tap on a slider label to enter the value directly (only for 0~127 ranges);
- Midi Map reset function, useful if you wish to revert back to the factory Midi Map;
- Bigger labels and button for easier touches on small screens;
- General app improvements and minor bug fixes.
