this update removes gift cards, but you'll still be able to send greeting cards and access any gift cards you've previously sent or received.

We fixed an issue that caused some cards to disappear before you could send them.

Birthday Links! - We just made adding birthdays even easier. Now you can send out a link to friends to have them submit their birthday for you.

• While making a card, you can tap on any image to change its shape. Adding text is also a lot easier now (it doesn't run off the page anymore)
• We added a search bar to the home page so you can look up any friends' birthday
• Improved the cards page to make it easier to discover designs by any artist!

Send Gift Cards! It's the thought that counts, but money is nice too :)

Choose from top brands, add a personalized card, and send your gift. It's that easy. hbd creates a custom gift link that you can share with your recipient however you want (text, email, DM). Recipients don't need to have the app installed to redeem their card.

(Gift cards are US-only for now, sorry!)

What's New (2.4.3)
• There's a new, superior way to celebrate your friends' birthdays. If you add another hbd user, you can shower them with "hbd" push notifications. We can't think of a better way to celebrate.
• birthdays on your home screen are now collapsed by month for compactness; just tap to expand all birthdays for each month.

• You can now open cards you've received in the app, rather than on the web. Opening a card in app is simple: just tap the link you received and it will automatically open in the app. Save your cards to look back on your birthday wishes from friends. To view your saved cards, you can go to the Preferences menu and tap on "Received Cards".
• Even more reminder customization options: turn on reminders for the day before and 1 week before, in addition to the day of.

NEW: Import your Facebook birthdays to hbd! Use our handy new Safari extension to add your Facebook friends' birthdays.
