To reduce confusion, scheduled Urgent Care appointment slots are no longer shown in the Urgent Care waiting room for certain members.

• To help you manage your schedule, we’ll now notify you if you already have an appointment on the books while you're scheduling a new one.
• You can now manually update your location even with GPS turned on. This ensures you’re always matched with the right doctors licensed in your specific state.
