- Rename App to "Hong Kong Taxi Cards" from "Collaborative Hong Kong Taxi Translator"
- iOS versions and Android versions are now both called "Hong Kong Taxi Cards" and shared the same dynamic database

- able to add customized name for bookmarks
- able to add street no. for entries in street
- an image taxi card is attached in the 'send as email'
- fixed address hidden issue when the address is too long
- added 'canton phrases' category for common phrases in taking taxi ( please update your database in order to get these phrases )
