iOS devices tend to actively remove apps due to lack of use, and it is not apparent that the app was in fact deleted. in order to ensure you continue receiving alerts, please make sure you prevent the automatic deletions in accordance with the following guidelines:
1. Go to Settings and select "App Store" in the "App Store".
2. At the bottom of the menu that opens, find the option that reads "Offload Unused Apps", and make sure it is turned off.

We have two new types of messages:
1. "Update": for guidelines such as software updates and messages in preparation for Home Front Command exercises.
2. "End of event": guidelines regarding resuming routine activities at the end of ongoing events. For example, at the end of an infiltration of a hostile aerial vehicle event or a fear of terrorist infiltration.

In addition, we are happy to announce that you can receive alert while you are in your car by connecting the mobile device to Apple CarPlay (in vehicles that support this).

iOS devices tend to actively uninstall apps due to lack of use, when it is not apparent that the app has actually been deleted. In order to ensure you receive alerts, make sure to prevent automatic removal according to the following instructions:
1. Go to Settings and select "iTunes Store and App Store".
2. At the bottom of the menu that opens, find the "Uninstall Unused Apps" option and make sure it is turned off.

Attention! This version includes a mandatory update that is required in order to continue receiving alerts through the App. A device that will not do the update, will not be able to continue receiving alerts!

As of now, alerts and life-saving guidelines, will be received as "critical alerts", which will also be pushed if the mobile device is on silent mode or on "Focus" mode (such as "do not disturb").
