Fixed issue with clef change in preferences not updating the figures immediately.

Playalongs now continue after the screen is locked.

Added support for landscape screen orientation. The app now responds to orientation changes.

Added support for TVOut for mirroring the app from IPad, iPhone 4, and later generation iPod Touch using the various video adapter cables.  (Note that the display could already be mirrored for iPad 2 and iPhone 4S with an HDMI adapter.)
