Modified so that playalongs continue after the screen is locked. Made playalong looping more smooth.

Converted to Universal app, which fixes an issue with running on the iPad.
Added some content to the theory section.
Added support for TVOut for mirroring the app from IPad, iPhone 4, and later generation iPod Touch using the various video adapter cables. (Note that the display could already be mirrored for iPad 2 and iPhone 4S with an HDMI adapter.)

Corrected some note to chord relationship titles.

Added support for both landscape and portrait screen orientations.
