• WhatsApp receipts: after recording a payment, send the tenant a receipt with the amount, date, remaining balance and next due date.
• Late-payment alert: a new notification one day after the due date if the payment isn't recorded, in addition to the 3-day and due-day reminders.
• Security deposits: on move-out or tenant change, record how much is refunded or deducted; unsettled deposits stay in the tenant history until settled.
• Year-over-year comparison: multi-year annual reports show the % change in income from the previous year.
