Added support for older iOS's

New: Holding entries, Wind correction angle and Angle of Lead calculations!

Calculate randomly generated holding entries - the solution is displayed directly on the instrument, making it easy to visualize the actual holding. Includes calculation of first Heading for the entry.

AoL calculations are also displayed right on the instrument in order to be visualized more easily.

WCA calculations are displayed with the respective interim solutions, making it easier to understand the calculated angle.
