Bug fix where if Region is set to a country where the decimal separator is a comma the number was treated as an integer instead of a double, resulting in incorrect interpolations.

Adjusted the keyboard to show and use either comma or decimal point, depending on the region. Fixed a bug where the comma did not work on keypads when decimal separator was a comma instead of point.
