Fixes issues with missing or non-functional controls on macOS 26

Version 4.0 is a major update:
 - 800+ Fixed Stars can be displayed in Sky Now with an 'All Access subscription'
 - Orb settings for 'Sky Now' have been redesigned.
 - Issues with display of points on 'Sky Now' for some house systems have been fixed.

Software maintenance release that fixes various printing issues.

- Adds additional Asteroids to Extended Ephemeris: Pholus, Eros (433), Psyche (16), Nessus (7066).
- Various improvements and bug fixes.

- Heliocentric & Topocentric capabilities are added to Ephemeris and SkyNow feature for users that already own or who purchase the "Extended Ephemeris" In-App purchase.
- The Geocentric/Sidereal setting is no longer global. Starting with this version it is possible to display a Geocentric Ephemeris while viewing a Sidereal view of the Sky Now.
- Various other minor improvements and bug fixes.

- New: Ephemeris Data Export available for In-App purchase.
- New: Preferences setting to select True or Mean "Black Moon".
- New: Preferences setting to select Earth symbol.
- New: Vehlow House System added.
- Preferences improved.
