Removing the read_call_log permission

Bug fix:
- In native call reporting, keywords would be suggested for the 'company' input field
- Custom whitelist/blacklist can only handle 1000 numbers in per setting, it should be 9999 numbers

Recently, there have been more and more advertisement/fraud phone calls, and the number of databases has increased rapidly, so the following changes have been made:
1. Add a new call directory extension in order to update data faster
2. Solve the problem that the automatic update will fail sometimes

Added actionable notification for database update notification:
Clicking the database update notification would open app and directly start updating database.
