Maintenance update for iOS9, fixing unexpected app termination when performing the following operations:
- Selecting 'Score Settings'
- Entering expressions or editing expression properties
- Entering chord names or editing chord names

- Ability to enter power chords (like Bb5) with a sharp/flat root.
- Ability to enter note tuplets that span the top and bottom of the staff.
- Various bugs fixed:
 + Some automatic accompaniment chords were not played correctly.
 + Exported Music XML documents did not export correct chord name.
 + Enabling Core MIDI without selecting a device would cause the app to terminate.
 + Changing the device orientation, then returning to the Library screen would cause the app to terminate.
