Bug fix update

This update brings 2 big new features.

One is new main list page which shows items based on date. Completed items will move to the bottom according to frequency and goal. You can swipe left and right to move between dates. Long tap on item will let you easily add entries on the date.

Another new feature is new habit item type. You can simply check to track if you've done it or not. Setting a goal will let you track getting it done multiple times. You can select between checkmark and heart icon.

Other than that, you can setup subtitle for each item which will show under the title on item page. And there are lots of little adjustments.

This update includes 'Combine' feature. You can tap link icon under the chart and choose another item. It'll show you bar chart of the item combined to currently selected item.
