Small things, done properly.

• Tapping a milestone notification now opens the count it was about — not whichever you looked at last.
• Money not spent works on every count, not only the first. Set it from the count's editor.
• The background reaches the edges of the screen when you have more than one count.
• "Need help now?" is one tap away at the moment you log a slip, as well as in Settings.
• A milestone that arrives while the app is open is shown instead of silently dropped.

Nothing about your existing count changes.
