Added support for importing map picture files with any of the file extension: JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP, TIFF directly from an app that can share such files (Files, Mail, etc.), which is may be a convenient alternative to importing map pictures from the Photo library. Virtual orienteering course: - Create and edit a course for the current map by placing out start, multiple control points and finish on the map. - When tapping the Run button, the user can start a tracked run and find all control points between start and finish (by default without revealing the users position on the map). Found control points are indicated with an audible beep and also visually highlighted on the map. When the user reaches the finish, the run ends and a result is presented with split/total time and distance information. - There is a "cheat mode" that can be enabled to reveal the current position and the track so far. - The run course result is stored along with the logged track and can be viewed later in the log table by tapping the (i) button at a log item that has recorded a course run. Calibration & Adjustment: - A map calibrations can be internally backed up (as ”Default Calibration"), which can be used later to restore the calibration of a map. This is available in the Paused-mode when tapping the Calibration button (if the calibration has been changed or never been saved before). - Automatically adjustment of the map against course control points. A new ”Auto” toolbar button is available in the Adjust to 2nd Position mode, which can adjust the map automatically by selecting a control point where it should be located at the user’s current position. It is also possible to quick-adjust the map while in Run-mode by long-pressing a finger on a course control point. Other: - Sharing maps via Dropbox is now supported.
