Image enhancements and iOS 9.1

15 New LEVELS and as highly requested: these are all gyro controlled. Keep steady hands and lets go...
We also take the chance to add minor iOS 9 changes. We are still compatible to iOS 7 but from now on without testing possibilities.

Bugfix for iPhone 6 + scale mode detection

Spend a lot of time to make Kulla-di-Bulla better:

- Now with native resolution on iPhone 6 and 6 plus
If you have set your iPhone in the Display settings to use display zoom, Kulla-di-Bulla will read this setting and start in zoom mode like before. With "standard" setting you will get the full resolution and the visible game area becomes bigger.

- We also added iCloud Support
If you switch this on in the game settings, all played levels will be synchronized for all your iOS devices via iCloud. Spend some thoughts if you want this, as iPhone levels are much harder to play. For this reason wo don't synchronize the level timing and store this separate.

- Also some bugs fixed (thanks to David Perry for his support)
the game menu on iPhone 6 plus, music will be switched of when Kulla-di-Bulla goes into background and some other smaller issues
