Ribbon order bug fixes

Updated marksmanship ribbons with correct Navy and Coast Guard devices. Improved accuracy across all four weapon qualification ribbons.

What’s New

- Coast Guard device corrections: We squared away the device mappings so every ribbon now reflects the proper stars and clusters. No more workarounds. Your rack displays exactly what you earned.

- Expanded ribbon details: You can now log multiple award dates and notes for a single ribbon. Each entry is displayed in a clean card layout, making it easy to capture the real history behind your service, not just the surface-level hardware.

We added a couple upgrades to make building your rack even easier:

• Spaced row layout for cleaner, regulation-style setups without eyeballing gaps
• Full-screen rack view. Tap your rack to see it big and save it straight to your photos
• Smoother visuals, tighter UI, and a few under-the-hood fixes to keep everything high-speed
