Adds Notice on Bet Details screen for 'Placing the Point', informing users to first maximize their Pass Line Odds. With Max Odds, provide notice that the user already has action on the number via the Pass Line, Placing the Point is an additional Bet on the Point number.

- Fixes Animation Namespace so Don't Come Bet animates from DC area to behind destination number
- Improves Odds on Come Bets handling of Working/Off with action sheet with all available bets to toggle within the group (Ex if you have a Come Bet on Five and Six, it will default to turn both ON/OFF, with available picker so player can have some working and some off)
