A big update for customers with auto claims! We added the ability to get a rental vehicle in our app. We also fixed some bugs to keep the app running smoothly.

- Accident Assistance is now available to users outside RightTrack! Policyholders can enroll in this complimentary safety benefit. If we detect you’re in an accident, we’ll check in to see if you need help and send assistance. Peace of mind, 24/7.
- Customers with claims can now send their claim rep a message directly from the app.
- More relevant vehicle information is displayed in the claims section of the app.
- All customers now get an enhanced billing experience with important information at a glance right on the home screen.
- We also fixed a couple bugs for a smoother user experience.

Small update: We fixed a bug to ensure Apple Pay works for all users.

- Customers with property claims can now easily find their contractor’s information in addition to their claims representative’s.

Lots of feature updates! Some RightTrack customers can enroll in text alerts about their driving program participation. Some users will get improved digital insurance cards to make them easier for customers to find, save, and share. Customers with property claims can access their estimates more easily. We also proactively tell customers with exterior home damage when their photos didn’t upload. And we fixed a couple bugs.

New app enhancements: Customers with exterior property damage can start their photo damage review faster for their claims and we streamlined some code to help the app run smoother.

If you've got an eligible property claim, it’s easier to capture exterior home photos and stay informed about your damage review (and we squashed some bugs too). Plus, some customers can get customized insurance based on their driving with the new RightTrack program! Finally, if you need a shortcut, just hold the Liberty Mutual app icon to access Roadside Assistance, ID cards, and RightTrack.
