Original release notes
- You can now review your full workout setup and targets before hitting the start button. - The ability to replace an exercise mid-workout is now available to all users—the paywall has been removed for this feature. - Completing a warmup set will now automatically trigger the routine timer when needed, and warmup weight suggestions have been refined for better accuracy. We’ve overhauled the background sync engine to ensure your Watch and iPhone stay perfectly aligned: - Reliable Progress Sync: Resolved issues when adding/removing sets on the final exercise or skipping exercises entirely. - Session Integrity: Implemented monotonic revisioning to prevent stale data from overwriting your current progress. - Context Preservation: The app now smarter at remembering your active exercise, preventing the UI from jumping back to the start of the list unexpectedly. Bug Fixes - Fixed a bug where the feedback screen could trigger multiple times simultaneously. - Resolved an issue where custom equipment links were being overwritten by the background seeder. - Improved handling of partially skipped exercises and feedback prompts.
