Fixed a bug with the softball rulebook showing the wrong logo

Updated the current year to 2025

Safety checks were added to catch any incorrect response data that could cause crashes on some devices.

Little League Rulebook App now available with full Spanish translations for users with Spanish as their default language.

Patches an issue were some users saw blank text for the search field.

Bug fixes, optimizations, and performance enhancements.

Updated offline sync, fixed issue with search terms returning no results, and patched bugs with UI layout. Also fixed issues with Rulebook Table of Contents filtering and bookmark grouping.
