Fixed a bug where photos stored in iCloud would not be converted

LiveConvert will now let you delete Live Photos while converting.
This is essential if you are very low on storage!
If you aren't low on storage, you can delete the converted Live Photos at the end, as usual.

Also new in this version:
The original file name is kept after the conversion.

Conversions go faster when Low Power mode is disabled, so in this update, you will see a tip to turn off Low Power mode when converting photos.
