Version 1.6 of Loan Calculator has a few new features and some fixes:

New Features
=============
* Extra Costs section has been enhanced.
* For 'Mortgage' loans there is now a 'Closing Costs' amount which can be 'Added to Loan' or 'Paid Upfront'.
* The Other Costs can now be applied Quarterly or Semi-Annually
* You can now add two separate 'Other' costs.
* There is a new option in 'Settings -> Amortization' which specifies whether the Extra Costs get split into monthly payments or not.

* New Variable Rates setting to allow any number of interest rate changes
* Backup & Restore via Dropbox
* Passcode protection
* New 'Down Payment' setting to allow entry of Loan Amount via the Purchase Price and Deposit
* New Setting to allow override of the default currency symbol
* New Setting to allow decimal data entry (useful for existing loans where you want to enter the exact amount remaining)
* New Setting to turn 'Balloon' payments on
* New Setting to optionally show the 'Current Date' on the charts
* Extra payments are now ordered by 'Frequency' then by 'Date'
* The charts now show the amount per 'Period' (rather than 'Year'), using 'Press, Hold and Slide'

* New 'Refinance' calculator so you can quickly work out how much you may save by switching loans
* Balloon payments are now supported. It is implemented as a new type of 'Extra Payment'
* New Settings tab to allow configuration of some of the features
* New setting to allow decimals (cents, pence) to be displayed in the Amortization table
* New setting to allow entry of a 'Pay Frequency', so it is now possible to have 'Weekly', 'Bi-Weekly' payments
