1. Optimized the attribute Boosts distribution for Property buildings on the World Map. After adjustment:
 - Level 1 Red Light District Property will only provide resource Production attributes;
 - Level 2 Prison Property will provide Looting Speed, Stamina Recovery, and DMG to Neutral Units attributes;
 - Level 3 Casino Property will change from Army ATK, DEF, HP, and Lethality combat attributes to Training Speed, Construction Speed, Research Speed, and Healing Speed Increase attributes;
 - Level 4 Jewel City Property will have its Rally Army ATK attribute adjusted to All Army ATK attributes;
