Minor updates for new devices.

Thanks for trusting Make a Choice to help with your communication needs.  This update:
* Corrects an annoying bug introduced in v2.1 preventing the editing of 2 button layouts.
* Adds two new layouts supporting. a larger button with 2 or 3 normal buttons below it.

Hey there and thanks for updating.  With this update, a number of little annoying bugs have been fixed, plus a huge new feature!

You can now create a choice board containing, 2, 4, 6 or 8 buttons.  So you can still use the tried and true choice boards, but now you can setup a draggable group of buttons that you can place anywhere on your screen!

Fully backward compatible.

Fixed a nasty crash occurring on some devices.  Many apologies for any inconvenience.

Minor changes and improvements.

Fixed a problem with sharing your choice boards or printing them on iPad.

Updated to continue working on all of the latest iPhones and iPads.  Please note that this update will only work on devices running iOS 13.0 or later.  Earlier versions of Make a Choice will continue to work on devices running older versions of iOS.

Updated to work on newer iPad devices and all of those shiny new iPhones.
Lots of small improvements to the layout of some buttons, their spacing, and so on.

Added support for all of the shiny new iPhone X models.
Fixed some problems on iPhones where reorienting your device whilst in the folder selection and editor would cause some problems on screen.

This update adds the ability to reorder choice boards within a folder.  This can be helpful when you want to have some control over the position of choice boards on the screen within a folder.

You asked for it!  Now Make a Choice supports the ability to group your Choice Boards into folders!

Added support for German localization.
