New Features:
1. Now counter groups will move to the top after editing and copying, making it convenient to view
2. The function to copy all data of counter groups will be available to all users, while the function to only copy counters will continue to be available only to Pro members
3. Added new hint for the group copy button

Fixes & Optimizations:
1. Fixed issues with sorting and deletion in the counter group list page
2. Optimized the refresh logic of the counter group list
3. When choosing to only copy counters, the creation time of counters will be set to the copy time to avoid errors in the calculation of the statistical time range on the recap page.
