Everything is new with version 2.0

This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included.

new variables for the current location:
- horizontal accuracy
- vertical accuracy
- course of the location in degrees true North
- speed of the location in m/s
- timestamp when location was determined

There is also better support for geocaching URLs

- bug fix for iPad version

new features:
- show default location on map
- drag and drop default location pin on map

bugfix:
- changes in default latitude are now saved
- accept comma instead of point for default values
