Major Update.

Added the ability to group your locations in folders.
You can now add all the locations in a group at once, as well as remove them.
Added the ability to take and store a picture with each location.
You can now text message (SMS), email or print your locations.
It now stores the altitude of the location.
The heading in the main view has been updated.
You can now add the current altitude to the main view.
There is now a meter that measures the GPS accuracy on the main page.
