Original release notes

MapIt now speaks German, Spanish, French, Italian and Brazilian Portuguese: every screen, and every country, capital and city name.

Two new ways to play:
- Flags: see a flag, tap its country on the map.
- Major Cities: find capitals and big cities on the world map, or one continent at a time.

Also in this release: Bolivia's capital is now Sucre, long country names fit their cards in every language, and a handful of small fixes.
