When exporting Markdown explicit left align (i.e. ":---") used for columns when no alignment set when creating your table. You can turn this off in the settings.

Now the Markdown reflects column alignment so you can see text centered or right aligned even when looking at the raw Markdown in your editor. The release gives you a little more control over Markdown exports and introduces HTML export. You can now set some options to control the Markdown exported from this app: + Compact mode - can be handy for tables when viewing the Markdown on smaller screens + Remove leading/trailing pipes There are a small number of writing apps which don't support Markdown tables but do support HTML. If you use one of these apps then Markdown Tables is here for you. Select whether you want compact HTML or pretty printed.
