Fixed menu pages don't display when tapped

- Implemented a potential fix for the Operator Mode issue related to the Truck Number Red Banner.

Fixes: Resolved an issue where adding trucks to favorites did not reflect on the website and mobile app. Favorites are now synchronized across both platforms.

Fixed radar loop when navigating to other pages in the app

We’ve added a new "Forecast Only" tab in the Route Info section for MDSS. This provides users with a simplified view of forecast data, reducing the need for excessive scrolling through the full Table View. The new "FCST ONLY" button is located between the existing "Table" and "10-Day Forecast" icons, offering quicker access to essential forecast information.

Added the ability for users to save the state of route information tabs

Fixed Full Map view does not animate when pressing Play button

Mobile Environment Switched to Production
We've made a minor fix in this version, switching the mobile environment from beta (demo) to production.

Enhancements to Map Performance: We've optimized the loading times for the full map view, ensuring a smoother and quicker display without delays.
Stability Improvements: Multiple observation layers can now be enabled simultaneously without any crashes, enhancing the app's reliability.
Operator Mode Activation: Operator mode is now fully functional and accessible for Colorado DOT users, providing expanded capabilities without compromising performance.

10-Day Calendar is now available on Landscape view.

Resolved issue: Operator Mode now accurately populates the list of closest routes.

This release includes the new feature of Operator Mode within the MDSS Mobile App.  This allows users to send weather and road condition information to the MDSS backend as if they are a truck, NOT via a route report.
