This version introduces image annotation and editing capabilities.

An improved Camera has been implemented that supports pinch to zoom operations.

Minor maintenance release with bugfixes:
  - Set camera orientation dynamically

This version changes internal software dependencies related to the camera.  This change was made as a previous dependency is no longer supported in the environment.

Additionally a number of user interface components and error reporting systems have been improved.

This is a maintenance release, it updates a number of internal systems that manage push notification and application build.  No user facing functionality has changed.

Version 1.3.0 includes an internal system update, as well as a number of minor bug fixes:

- update react-native to v0.69.7
- fix an issue where a user who was signed in would be logged out inappropriately after a period of dormancy.

An update to error reporting has been added which allows users to see summary information and more detailed information on the cause of the error.  This will enable users and support staff to better review and resolve issues.

This is a minor release in which a number of bug fixes have been applied as well as an upgrade to the react-native runtime environment.
