Adapt app to new device and iOS 11.

- Remove the Wheel when all packages are unlocked
- Add an option in App Settings to disable daily wheel notification
- Add an option to manual disable the Wheel of Fortune

Minor fixes

This app update fixes all known issues.
 - The "Wheel of Fortune" will not reappear permanently when sound is disabled
 - The game will not anymore freeze in "educative mode" if voice is enabled on only one card
 - The game will pause automaticaly if you receive a phone call (iPhone) or reduce the app
 - A minor bug on the "Sharing Menu" has been fixed

Improvements
 - The "Two Players" mode is faster
 - The cards flip more efficiently

The "Vision-Apps" Team

- Fixed the "Fortune Wheel Bug" where some players was unable to pass thru the wheel screen when sound was set to "Disabled" inside the app setting panel

REM: In Educative mode, when voice (speech synthesis) is enabled on only one card, the cards can be locked randomly. A fix to this problem will be released next week. A work-around solution is to enabled voices on none or both cards but not on one only.
