Bug fixes for iOS 13.1

You now get credit for typing any letter adjacent to the correct key.

* New - Input document text from books and other non-digital sources with your camera
* New - Paste button makes copy/pasting in document text easier
Just tap in the document text field and these new options will appear above the keyboard
