Original release notes

memrly 3.0, the camera release.

THE CAMERA
Shoot with an in-app disposable camera: tap to focus, switch lenses, and record 6 second clips with a tap or a hold of the shutter. Shots land in your camera roll and stay on your phone. Sorting them into an album is what shares them, so the ones you never sort are never on our servers.

EVENTS
Create an event and hand out a QR code. Guests join free in the app, and each one gets a roll of 24 shots. Nobody sees a thing while it is happening. At the reveal time you pick, usually the morning after, the album develops and shows everyone's shots at once, then settles into a normal album that keeps accepting photos.

THE LIVE WALL
Put your photos on a screen in the room as they are taken, with wall themes, a branded join code and a schedule you control. It comes with any subscription, and with the larger event sizes.

START WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT
Shoot, organize and make albums on your phone before you ever sign up. An account only matters when you share, and everything you made comes with you.
