Released May 2, 2026Redesign

The latest redesign update resulted in a minor rating decline from 3.72 to 3.67 on iOS. While the sample size is limited, early feedback indicates that the new layout creates confusion regarding core session mechanics. Original release notes
The Training tab has a new face, and your Mendi score has a new voice! We've redesigned the Training tab from the ground up: a decluttered layout that strips away visual noise and lets the information that matters come forward. Your Mendi score is clearer, easier to read at a glance, and easier to place in the arc of your training. We've also added Mendi Score Insights: a short, honest read on where you are. Each score range comes with a plain language interpretation of what it means and how to build from it, so the number is never the whole story. Under the hood, we've tuned up performance and squashed a long list of bugs, so the whole app feels faster, steadier, and more reliable.
