Bug fixes and performance improvements

- Improved overall usability of the app, specifically the item fulfillment UX and page flows
- Improve experience for confirming items, marking items out of stock, replacing items, and canceling items
- Synced merchant app fulfillment experience with new settings rolled out to merchant web portal, including setting a default out-of-stock time for canceled items (if desired)

- Updated overall design of the order fulfillment and item fulfillment flow
- The order list now has clearer categories and a clearer visual identity for fulfilled, canceled, out of stock and replaced items
- Updating item quantity, item weight, and marking individual items out of stock is now easier
- The process for adding replacement items for out of stock items was streamlined

- Each order now has a breakdown of Order Total prices and fees, including a break out of store earnings
- Curbside customer pickup orders are now explicitly labeled
